HELL EXPLAINED BY CHEMISTRY STUDENT
The following is an actual question given on a University of Washington chemistry mid-term. The answer by one student was so "profound" that the professor shared it with colleagues, via the Internet, which is, of course, why we now have the pleasure of enjoying it as well. Bonus Question: Is Hell exothermic (gives off heat) or endothermic (absorbs heat)? Most of the students wrote proofs of their beliefs using Boyle's Law (gas cools when it expands and heats when it is compressed) or some variant. One student, however, wrote the following: First, we need to know how the mass of Hell is changing in time. So we need to know the rate at which souls are moving into Hell and t he rate at which they are leaving. I think that we can safely assume that once a soul gets to Hell, it will not leave. Therefore, no souls are leaving. As for how many souls are entering Hell, let's look at the different religions that exist in the world today. Most of these religions state that if you are not a member of their religion, you will go to Hell. Since there is more than one of these religions and since people do not belong to more than one religion, we can project that all souls go to Hell. With birth and death rates as they are, we can expect the number of souls in Hell to increase exponentially. Now, we look at the rate of change of the volume in Hell because Boyle's Law states that in order for the temperature and pressure in Hell to stay the same, the volume of Hell has to expand proportionately as souls are added. This gives two possibilities: 1. If Hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate at which souls enter Hell, then the temperature and pressure in Hell will increase until all Hell breaks loose. 2. If Hell is expanding at a rate faster than the increase of souls in Hell, then the temperature and pressure will drop until Hell freezes over. So which is it? If we accept the postulate given to me by Teresa during my Freshman year that, "it will be a cold day in Hell before I sleep with you, and take into account the fact that I slept with her last night, then number two must be true, and thus I am sure that Hell is exothermic and has already frozen over. The corollary of this theory is that since Hell has frozen over, it follows that it is not accepting any more souls and is therefore, extinct...leaving only Heaven thereby proving the existence of a divine being which explains why, last night, Teresa kept shouting "Oh my God." THIS STUDENT RECEIVED THE ONLY "A"

my own boyfriend has no time for me but other guys do. like what the hell... sighs i'm really quite unsecured about this relationship. i don't know what is he thinking. i'm last on his priority list that's for sure. before me there will be friends, school, soccer.... and many many others. RAWR !!

exams of geo330 and psy250 will be held tomorrow and goddamnit i havent finished revision ! f**k but i don't regret gg over to sean's place for the gathering. dinner was awesome !! chilli crab, black pepper crab, vege, tie ban toufu, steamed buns, fried rice, horfun and a whole lots of fun !! played stupid games and wk end up getting himself partially drunk HAHA !! so cute la like a blushing tulip :X we even blackmail him through photos of his half drunken state wahahaha.. ehh the opportunity cost of all this is REVISION TIME ! sucks!

haven't been blogging recently cause.. I'M SO DAMN BLOODY BUSY!! busy with school and earning my moolas @ work >_<~ i'm so damn broke now can? ugh... sighs, didn't really do well for my mid term 2 paper and i'll be getting my geo's reaction paper tomorrow. It's 30% of my whole grade so this paper alone is equivalent to 1 exam T_T *goodness* PLUS tomorrow i'll be having a 3chapter quiz for psy and... I HAVENT STUDIED !! *someone just smack me in the head now* yikes... i better do last minute speed reading before i sleep :( good night everyone !

  Pocky Dessert is such a WONDERFUL invention :D *thumbs up* it just tastes soooooo damn good ! To the right is the packaging in Japan and to the left is the one sold in Singapore. but .... it's awfully expensive i must say. compared to your usual 1 dollar strawberry pocky this pack of 12 Pocky dessert cost $4.50 to $5.50 !!! *screams* SO DAMN EXPENSIVE !! but it's awfully gooooooood~ grrr i think i might have flunked my psych exam. :( boo ! sitting for 80MCQ with flu, fever and sore throat isn't a very wise choice. Around question 20, my mind is already floating... concentration is needless to say, ZERO ! damn today really isn't my day. i forgot my wallet, my hp went out of battery and damnn the psych exam ... *cries* thank god i still have Pocky dessert with me :) *psst a side note: rawr surprisingly i've gotten calls and sms from sean, corey and xavior ! too bad i was in class but sean said he'll call back at night :D as for Corey... 0.0 pfft so random lah smsing me all the way from HAWAII! -.- the biggest surprise was Xavior ! he's damn sweet lah !! smsed to wish me good luck for my exam (he remembered) and nagged me to take care of myself and.... he said that he will leave a bottle of honey lemon in the fridge tonight so tomorrow when i'm working i can drink it. SO NICE CAN!? why didn't my wifey do any of these for me :( the last and ONLY time he did make honey lemon is the first day we got together -.- what happened to my old wifey.. he's so much nicer :(( gwahh enough said of him, he's gone MIA since yesterday night.. must have knocked out after school. ohohoh and lastly THANKS TO DEAREST JASMINE !! (i forgot to write) she bought me jiajia liang teh when she met me yesterday!! SO SWEET ~ (eh not the drink, it's tasteless :(, but her :D ) <3

ugh im not really in the mood to study for my psych exam tomorrow. damnit. i just partially recovered from a throat infection and high fever T_T hurhur.. anyway to think the slacker me volunteered to attend school when I have a MC for today !! goodness me.
anyway i met up with jas after school at J8 and :x oops in a short span of an hour maybe(?) $50 went flying away... *sob* grrr cottonon is a bad bad influence !! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH exam exam exam......

eeeeww being sick is so damn awful! Imagine waking up with a damn throat that hurts like a bitch, tried to call for help but your voice just refuses to come out and there's nobody around. the feeling sucks !! i just went to see the doc and turns out, just as expected, i have throat infection! damn-nation why me? it freaking hurts even when i sleep, when im eating and when im swallowing saliva!
 the only thing worth being happy is... wifey dropped by and passed me strepsils :D it's so good to see him, hug him and smell him :X haha im sick (literally lolol) but there's the wifey smell :D the sad thing was my dad wanted to fetch me to see the doc so i only met wifey for a mere 20mins :( gwahhh i miss him already. bad habit of mine  hopefully i can be well enough to go to school tomorrow, though i had 2 days of MC but... after which there's shopping with jas!!!  *giggles*

gwahh today's must be an unlucky day for me huh? late to work, starved, and almost fainted. gosh. terrible terrible. havent been chatting w vernon and tada* he and his nobody but you addiction ROFL and he still owes me CHEESECAKE!! GRRRR.. one day i shall find him... on a wednesday... @ mambo haha. hell it has been ages since i've gone to club. clubbing's not really my thing. damn kinda miss the days with him and ben. let's go clubbing together kae? I stone you 2 dance haha and PLS BE @ the same venue. defeats the purpose if 1 of you @ zouk the other @ butter right? tsktsk.
 alright i swore i'll be a changed girl BUT... hell i havent even started on anything!? *clock's tickling* grumbles grumbles.. my favourite word: PROCRASTINATION !! really isn't my fault that i don't get the urge to study.. i lack of adrenaline, or what was the word again? i forgot... anyway it goes sth along the line of an epinephrine hormone being secreted out by adrenal glands leading to increase blood level to stimulate the brain :[ and to think i'm a psychology major HAHA. oh well that's all that i remembered .. hell it was 2 years ago when i took it and scored A- ROFL. module done = case closed; proceed with deletion. sighs. my GPA ain't great, plus i ain't confident of doing well this summer too  lord help me. see i'm procrastinating again, always saying, never doing. bad habit of mine *slaps myself* oh well i shall start... tomorrow :x hopefully haha.  shall be back again to grumble. toodles* ciao.

yep yep i'm finally back to normal. no more bitching around to friends and hating that certain someone. frankly speaking i've nothing against that person(*), just that * is kinda unfriendly. my jealousy has now dissipate and no longer envelops me as it had for the past 2 days *cheers* for i find no point sulking over this matter and waste my time over it. because of it, i find it hard to fall asleep and kept losing my concentration in school. sucks to be me huh? i think too much. i won't lie and say that i'm not at all bothered about that matter but i rather keep my thoughts focused on something else.
tsktsk im gonna start mugging hard, YES MUGGING !! i aim to do well and foresee myself getting the Summa/Magna cum laude latin honors. gonna work hard for it and nothing shall stand in my way. can't lose to my wifey, this sem i wanna do as well as him, or even better !!! im a changed person now hahaha no more lazy me.
